Expected results:
2021 – Identification of prospects for improving demographic and migration policies based on a comparative analysis of management approaches and the political and legal framework for regulating demographic processes.
2022 – Systematization of demographic and migration indicators and their comparison with the target parameters of programs for demographic development and regulation of migration flows in Kazakhstan. Conducting a demographic audit of state programs, assessing their impact on the intensity of demographic processes.
2023 – Identification of risks and opportunities in the implementation of Kazakhstan’s demographic policy, development of recommendations for its improvement. Improving methods and algorithms for modeling and forecasting the demographic situation and developing measures for state regulation and timely response to challenges and problems. Development of effective measures to prevent the consequences of the implementation of negative and the fullest use of the potential of a positive forecast.
