Identification of trends and causes of labor migration (legal and illegal). Identification of the features and intensity of internal and external migration in the Republic of Kazakhstan.
2023 – Determination of qualitative characteristics of migration. Identification of risks and consequences of external migration for socio-economic development. Identification of risks and opportunities of Kazakhstan’s migration policy. Development of recommendations for its improvement.

Preparation of medium- and long-term forecasts for the development of demographic processes in Kazakhstan and by region.
Task 5: Improvement of state policy in the field of demography, migration, urbanization Subroutines

Conducting a demographic audit of state programs, assessing their impact on the intensity of demographic processes.
2023 – Identification of risks and opportunities in the implementation of Kazakhstan’s demographic policy, development of recommendations for its improvement. Improving methods and algorithms for modeling and forecasting the demographic situation and developing measures for state regulation and timely response to challenges and problems.
