Expected results:
2021 – Identification of socio-economic, socio-cultural, mental and legal factors of migration. Adaptation of modern methods for analyzing trends of internal and external migration processes in the Republic of Kazakhstan.
2022 – Based on the use of modified methods of analysis to identify the dynamics, trends, and features of internal and external mechanical movement of the population. Identification of trends and causes of labor migration (legal and illegal). Identification of the features and intensity of internal and external migration in the Republic of Kazakhstan.
2023 – Determination of qualitative characteristics of migration. Identification of risks and consequences of external migration for socio-economic development. Identification of risks and opportunities of Kazakhstan’s migration policy. Development of recommendations for its improvement.
