Engaged in research activities for over 35 years. Specializes in the field of research in the field of public administration and institutional economics, including the following issues: carrying out structural and institutional transformations of the state apparatus, interaction of state power with business and the population, state strategic planning, state program-targeted management, rational organization of the public service and other related issues. these areas of theoretical and applied problems.
Carried out a number of topics of fundamental and applied research as a responsible executor.
