He has more than 15 years of experience as a responsible executor and head of scientific projects. She is currently studying the development of the digital economy, digital infrastructure and the analysis of the level of digital divides associated with access to ICT. She has published more than 50 articles in peer-reviewed journals in the field of analysis of the state of development of the digital economy, digital divides and access to ICT.

Prizes and awards:

– Fellow of a scientific scholarship from the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan among young scientists in 2016-2017.
