Specializes in the field of economic and interdisciplinary research, including: the study of social problems, including the functioning of the labor market, human resources, human potential, human capital development, social policy, employment, the formation of a balanced labor market and mechanisms for its regulation, forecasting needs in qualified personnel, labor migration, demography, international integration, etc. She has a scientific school: she prepared 12 candidates and 2 doctors of science.
